I have been noticing something and I wanted to ask you if you have experienced this also ?

I had a dream the other night … you wanna hear it ?!  … lol

A voice said to me :

So lesson learned … we spend so much $$ for programs & trainings just for someone to validate us.  Well you know … many  of these courses really do  keep you stuck … just the idea of it … keeps you looking at yourself as if you need to be fixed or changed .  You already are perfect … just some of your beliefs can be altered but other than that … you are perfect as can be !  Just thought of self acceptance & loving yourself for who you are feels light doesn’t it ?  It is because that is the truth .

Surprise Surprise … once the dust settles … it is all you … you are awesome already !!  You came to this planet already perfect !  Look at the babies .. are they imperfect ?

See … because we tend to be energy sponges we pick up vibrations around us in our surroundings etc … and adopt them as our own .  Meanwhile they are not even ours ! Just love you for you & see what happens … as if magically :  )

We need to focus our energy on creating & living in our passion and zero time on what is “wrong” with us.  You have no power when you are caught up in those thoughts they are only like a lead weight tied around your legs.  You can really only focus on one this .. make it powerful :  )

Do you think it is really a possibilty ?  That people can heal themselves without the traditional medicines ?  Well if you are unsure what you think about that possibility… please keep reading.

A couple weeks ago I had participated in an online Seminar and I had listened to a wise man by the name of Dr Bradley Nelson.  You may have heard his name before … anyhow, I listened intently and totally knew what we was saying was the absolute truth …   I could just feel it.   You know what I mean … when you just know it .

So I ordered his program which included a DVD series from his Emotion Code Seminars…   WOW !!!!    is all I can say … I have just gotten through the first DVD ( there are 6 )  and I am in awe !  I had to share this with you quickly as I couldn’t help myself because this is just too powerful of information to not share with everyone … seriously … I know you get that I get pretty excited about all this “Healing Energy” talk … so you can feel my enthusiasm for his work …  I just ask myself why do more people not know about these powerful techniques ?  The way of how we do things now medically .. is unsustainable and people are waking up realizing the truth about our own capacity to heal ourselves …    and this information here is extremely valuable.   Check out  … The Emotion Code

ps… have you ever heard of muscle testing ?  Where you ask a person questions and their body basically becomes a lie detector…   it’s freaking amazing how it works ! He teaches you how to do this in the first video.   My kids hate it as now they can’t lie to me about anything !!! lol

Easily Distracted ?

Are you constantly going from one task to the next without completing many projects fully ?  You realize an hour later you just wasted another hour and don’t even remember what it was you were working on in the first place ! lol  Been there … done that … lol … and it is an on going lesson to be learned !

In this new age of information overload it is easy to see how this is becoming increasingly common … as there is just soooo much going on all the time.  Many people are feeling the pressure of this intense chaotic energy and are turning back to simplicity.  This scattered energy is very un-empowering as we are spread out to thinly and lose touch with our power. For example…there is the minimalist movement … and people going back to sustainable ways of living… it is all a way to refocus on what is the most important in life.

In my recent online journeys …I have discovered some awesome information for you… from one of my Fave blogs called Zen Habits which I had previously mentioned in an earlier post called Inspirational Blogs…

Hi all !

Well… its hard to believe but 2010 is coming near to a close … time flies when you are having FUN !

Are you closer to achieving your goals you set out for the year or have you already surpassed them with flying colors … or are you like most people who still seem to work their butt off day after day and seemingly come out with nothing or very little progress ?

I know exactly how that feels …  it is something I believe a large percentage of the population struggles with daily.  It’s very frustrating as you feel you are doing everything right … working your butt off  … putting into action all you’ve learned and yet…. someone else you know seems to do half as much as you … yet it appears that they easily and graciously have the life they want.

I remember those days well …  I would lay my head on my desk and just cry  from utter exhaustion and defeat ….. like that ” Hampster on the wheel” .     I know .. IT SUCKS !!  

Well … one thing I know for me which has been a breakthrough is that I always immerse myself in positive… uplifting media… seminars …happy people, etc …  just to stay in a high vibration.  That alone has been  a huge breakthrough as you just operate more efficiently then… you are like a powerhouse ! Plus the negativity has a harder time getting you down …   I have had many other breakthroughs also which were life changing but it’s a process which you work on everyday .. Right !

Well …. What if it could all be different … all that draining energy of defeat and disappointment could be a thing of the past ?  Would you  listen to advice that could possibly ignite that spark in you that could change your life forever  ?

Well…. today I got an awesome email about a new Free Online Seminar series with many experts in the Energy feild… Business Field… Motivational, Health etc etc .. they are sharing with everyone what their big breakthroughs for them were … which in turn were their turning points in their life going from struggle to success ..  so I had to share it .. its called the You Revolution ! It sounds very cool I signed up too as I LOVE hearing these kinds of inspirational stories ..

Why do we always seem to be on the look for things which are wrong with us … coming up with reasons why we are not lovable or deserving of things we want in our life …vs just loving ourselves for who we truly are and knowing we are valuable in this world ?

Just the act of always wanting to be like someone else tells ourselves that we do not like who we are .. . we are not of value…

Well this is truly a bunch of Crap ! lol seriously it really is …

Improving certain aspects of ourselves is not the same thing as being hateful to ourselves because we aren’t like this or that …

” Everyone has those voices … you can listen to the voices that say there is something wrong with you… it’s actually very helpful to be aware of them, JUST DON’T BELIEVE THEM !

Most of what we have been taught to believe we had to be taught to believe because it isn’t true !

This is why children have to be conditioned so heavily !

We would never have reached these conclusions on our own !
If we could for a moment look at what we’ve been taught to believe with an unconditioned mind, we would see that not only is it not true… IT’S ABSURD ! “
