I have been noticing something and I wanted to ask you if you have experienced this also ?

Feeling Frustrated ?

Do you feel like you go around in circles … jumping from one personal coaching course to the next.  Feeling like you are walking on cloud nine … because you Finally got it figured out !  Only to start heading back to your old ways gradually after your coaching classes have ended.  Or when you go to a big personal growth seminar  … you are totally flying high for the days during the event … then you go home and get back into our life & routine.  And Poof !!!

I had a dream the other night … you wanna hear it ?!  … lol

A voice said to me :

So lesson learned … we spend so much $$ for programs & trainings just for someone to validate us.  Well you know … many  of these courses really do  keep you stuck … just the idea of it … keeps you looking at yourself as if you need to be fixed or changed .  You already are perfect … just some of your beliefs can be altered but other than that … you are perfect as can be !  Just thought of self acceptance & loving yourself for who you are feels light doesn’t it ?  It is because that is the truth .

Surprise Surprise … once the dust settles … it is all you … you are awesome already !!  You came to this planet already perfect !  Look at the babies .. are they imperfect ?

See … because we tend to be energy sponges we pick up vibrations around us in our surroundings etc … and adopt them as our own .  Meanwhile they are not even ours ! Just love you for you & see what happens … as if magically :  )

We need to focus our energy on creating & living in our passion and zero time on what is “wrong” with us.  You have no power when you are caught up in those thoughts they are only like a lead weight tied around your legs.  You can really only focus on one this .. make it powerful :  )

Ok last time ~ “You Are Freakin Perfect the way you are .. love yourself & you will naturally become a magnet to what you desire .

Hi all !

Well… its hard to believe but 2010 is coming near to a close … time flies when you are having FUN !

Are you closer to achieving your goals you set out for the year or have you already surpassed them with flying colors … or are you like most people who still seem to work their butt off day after day and seemingly come out with nothing or very little progress ?

I know exactly how that feels …  it is something I believe a large percentage of the population struggles with daily.  It’s very frustrating as you feel you are doing everything right … working your butt off  … putting into action all you’ve learned and yet…. someone else you know seems to do half as much as you … yet it appears that they easily and graciously have the life they want.

I remember those days well …  I would lay my head on my desk and just cry  from utter exhaustion and defeat ….. like that ” Hampster on the wheel” .     I know .. IT SUCKS !!  

Well … one thing I know for me which has been a breakthrough is that I always immerse myself in positive… uplifting media… seminars …happy people, etc …  just to stay in a high vibration.  That alone has been  a huge breakthrough as you just operate more efficiently then… you are like a powerhouse ! Plus the negativity has a harder time getting you down …   I have had many other breakthroughs also which were life changing but it’s a process which you work on everyday .. Right !

Well …. What if it could all be different … all that draining energy of defeat and disappointment could be a thing of the past ?  Would you  listen to advice that could possibly ignite that spark in you that could change your life forever  ?

Well…. today I got an awesome email about a new Free Online Seminar series with many experts in the Energy feild… Business Field… Motivational, Health etc etc .. they are sharing with everyone what their big breakthroughs for them were … which in turn were their turning points in their life going from struggle to success ..  so I had to share it .. its called the You Revolution ! It sounds very cool I signed up too as I LOVE hearing these kinds of inspirational stories ..

… lots of Soul Searching going on the last few months … I have learned something very interesting I wanted to share with you … I would love to hear what your thoughts are on this topic .. or if you think  I am I crazy ? lol …thats ok … I take that as a compliment  = )

Until You are “RESPONSE”able you will always be a victim in your life…

Ok …Tammy so what the *beep* does that mean ?    Well I recently came across some awesome info about responsiblity ….

Well I came to the conclusion … I am not responsible.. or haven’t been fully  …   but I had my eyes opened to say the least … sure the usual taking care of things… work etc … I would say I have always been very responsible … I am the one people always call to help them out .. but not really “response”able as in choosing how I reacted to my life.

So if we go through life reacting to everything .. were does our power go .. to the thing we are reacting too ..so by us being irresponsible … we are powerless ! Victims to our circumstances…. victims to what life throws our way… we are not in the drivers seat to say the least …

When you “react” to your life circumstances … you are giving your energy / power away to that circumstance or person whom has so stirred such emotion …  but when you “respond” you are in fact in control of your emotions… actually the only real thing we can control that nobody else can have any say in .. is your attitude .. or our response to the world around us .   If we respond… then we can mindfully choose what to do but if we just react .. well that doesn’t really get us anywhere.   Its chaos and just crazy emotions flying around all over  …lol ….hmmm wonder where “emotional roller coasters” come in here … as I have been on many of those …    Anyhow … so really blaming others in our lives for things which we feel are not right .. are a waste of time  and worst of all  it makes us weak …  complaining etc.. gives our power away …

We can create our own misery and we can also create our own joy …

So…. are you with me here  ?  So for example when we react from stress and say eat things which we know are not healthy but we do it anyway … where is our power here … not in us as at that moment … it is somewhere else bundled up with whatever just pissed us off … otherwise we would be mindful of what we are doing… We all have the inner knowing which will guide you to what is right for you.  Certainly it will not tell you “Eat some Twinkies” …   but when our Energy is Scattered all over the place… we are living from a place of weakness and unable to make mindful decisions about anything … so we just go on day by day on autopilot reacting to things that happen and staying in that vicious cycle of powerlessness.

Distractions … reactions … hmmm sound like the same thing  to me…  sooo if we react to things … we lose our power and are distracted  from our alignment or inner knowing …. we are most likely unable to even hear that voice of inner knowing if we are always in this state of reaction to everything around us… and what do dis-tractions cause … non action .. hmmm… you are unable to fully be present and mindful and create the life you want because you can’t focus …your energy is all over the place….

A good example of people who are responsible are these people who are calm and unaffected by every passing thing that roars through their life.  This I believe is the path to inner peace …calm knowing that you will choose how you respond …

~ Save your Energy … Rise above and be ” Response” able ….

~   Reiki is a healing practice that has been practiced for more than a hundred years. By definition, the Reiki energy that is often referred as an essence, symbolizes power, a transcendental spirit and universal.

What makes this different from other forms of alternative healing is that those who possess this power use their hands in curing someone of an illness.

Even the masters themselves cannot explain fully how this works but can only describe it as linking with a cosmic radiant energy that is applied by the practitioner to themselves, to plants, animals and other human beings even over a great distance.

The Reiki energy is drawn through the channel and not sent. In fact, we all have this with us and all we have to do is undergo an attunement process in order for us to heal ourselves or others.

Once you have attained level one, you will be able to detect energy problems that can already tell you if there is an organic problem in your body or with someone else. As your level of experience goes up, your power becomes stronger and those who want to teach what they have learned to others will have to become masters.

One thing you have to remember about Reiki energy is that it cannot be controlled by the mind. If this were the case, it could only be done by those who practice it. But those who practice this believe that their power comes from the Ki. This is something that flows in each of us and by letting it touch the affected part of the body it will heal because it has been energized.

The strength of the Reiki energy is also dependent on one’s thoughts. Negative thoughts will not do much to improve the situation so you must think positive in order for this to work.

Although medical science still wants to conduct more research to learn about the Reiki energy, there are those who are practicing it because studies have shown that this can calm the patient before the operation and make the heal faster afterwards.

How it works or even why some say is because of the power of the mind because how you think does have an affect on the physical well being of a person.

The Reiki energy works from the outside in so that there is balance and order to the body. It should be confused with spiritual healing because it does not have anything to do with your faith that makes it effective.

This is why it is important to understand what this energy is because those who practice this believe that the aura is an extension of the mind that goes way beyond the body.

But those who practice Reiki… should remember that Reiki energy that flows is not intended to replace medical treatment.  You must seek medical advice also…

If you have a headache, fighting stress or an addiction, Reiki energy can help you deal with the problem.  You just have to think positive and believe.

Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the “push” to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.

Q – Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate – are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

R – Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah build the ark.

S – Stop procrastinating.

T – Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.

U – Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

V – Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.

W – Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X – X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put on “extras” on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

Y – You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you”re just going to spend it once.

Z – Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!

Are you open to find your sacred truth ?

So how do you know when you are hearing your inner guide or you are just making
your decision based on insecurity ? You have to reconnect with yourself… be in
silence and learn to trust that you know the answer.

I had always wondered this before too … but I started trusting my “gut” and going with it … and it has become my trusty guide. You can’t force it … ask … listen
and trust. You must see the universe as wanting the best for you for your
intuition to work for you in your life.
